The Space Frontier Foundation and the National Space Society announced March Storm 2015 (March 15 – 19, 2015) in Washington DC to lobby Congress on advancing American commercial human space operations. Information on March Storm 2015 is available at this site.
One of the proposals to be advocated during the March Storm is called CATS: Cheap Access to Space. A draft of this proposal can be found here along with the proposed (draft) enabling legislation. These will be critiqued in future Spacefaring America blog entries.
